Don't panic. Try to check a few things before reaching us :
- Is the URL you used pointing to a page on a video platform ?
- Is that video platform supported by our online tool ?
- If hosted on Youtube, Vimeo, etc, have you set the video to be publicly visible ? If not, please do so.
- If a GIF : Does the URL point to the actual GIF file and not the page where it's hosted ?
- Are you a sea otter ?
If you dismissed all those options, try again after deleting cache and cookies, or with another browser. Get in touch with us if nothing really works.
