If your order doesn't match your expectations, we will send you another product or fully refund you if something went wrong during your product's production and we are responsible for it. Send us 2-3 pictures to establish our responsability in that case. Please note that we can't be held reponsible for damages/problems caused during delivery or caused by customer's mistakes during the design of the product on the website.
